Taiwan has an incredible variety of fresh fruit all year round; from subtropical fruits like mangos, papayas and pineapples to more moderate climate fruits such as peaches, pears, persimmons, etc.

Old Freighter

An old freighter at Kaohsiung Harbor. Kaohsiung used to be the 3rd biggest container port in the world, but has fallen to number 12 in recent years.

Old Railway Bridge

This old bridge crosses the Gaoping River in southern Taiwan. Today it is no longer in use, and one end of it has been transformed into a coffeeshop.
